Prilep's city center is a lively hub where history and modern life intertwine. The neighborhood features the iconic Clock Tower (Saat Kula), a 19th-century Ottoman structure, and several monuments honoring the region's tobacco-growing heritage, including a giant tobacco leaf sculpture.
