The Battle of Mečkin Kamen site lies just outside Kruševo, where on August 12, 1903, rebel forces led by Pitu Guli made a heroic last stand against Ottoman troops. Today, a large stone monument shaped like a broken circle stands in a peaceful park, surrounded by pine trees. Visitors can walk among the memorial plaques and reflect at the stone cross. The site offers a quiet spot for picnics and contemplation, with interpretive panels explaining the battle's significance.
