The New Plymouth Coastal Walkway stretches 13 kilometers along the rugged Taranaki coastline, offering a scenic route for walkers, joggers, and cyclists. The path passes by the iconic Te Rewa Rewa Bridge, with its striking wave-like design framing views of Mount Taranaki. Along the way, visitors can enjoy public art installations, picnic spots, and access to beaches. The walkway is flat and well-maintained, making it accessible for all fitness levels. It's a favorite for sunset strolls and spotting surfers at Fitzroy Beach.
