Saint John Church (Sint-Janskerk) is a striking Gothic church located next to the Basilica of Saint Servatius on Vrijthof square. Its most notable feature is the 75-meter-high tower, painted in a distinctive red and white, which dominates the Maastricht skyline. Originally a parish church, it is now used for Protestant services and cultural events, including concerts. Visitors can climb the tower for panoramic views of the city.
