Phewa Lake is the second largest lake in Nepal, located in the heart of Pokhara. Visitors can rent colorful rowboats or sailboats to glide across its calm waters, taking in panoramic views of the Annapurna and Machhapuchhre mountains mirrored on the surface. The lake is also home to the Tal Barahi Temple, a small island shrine dedicated to the Hindu goddess Durga. Along the shoreline, a bustling promenade offers cafes, restaurants, and shops, making it a vibrant hub for relaxation and recreation.
