Boudha Stupa, a massive white dome crowned with a golden spire, stands as one of the most important Buddhist monuments in Nepal. Pilgrims and visitors alike circumambulate the base, spinning prayer wheels and offering butter lamps. The all-seeing eyes of Buddha painted on the spire gaze across the bustling square, where monasteries, shops, and cafes create a lively atmosphere. The stupa is especially magical at dawn and dusk when butter lamps flicker and the sound of chanting fills the air.
