The Parliament Building, also called the Tintenpalast ('Ink Palace'), is the seat of Namibia's National Assembly and National Council. Built in 1913 during German colonial rule, the neoclassical sandstone structure is surrounded by well-maintained gardens open to the public. Visitors can stroll through the gardens, view the building's facade, and on guided tours (when available) see the parliamentary chambers. The site symbolizes Namibia's democracy and history.
