Our Lady of the Rocks is a man-made island created by centuries of sinking stones and shipwrecks. At its center stands a Catholic church built in the 17th century, richly decorated with Baroque art and a collection of maritime ex-votos. The adjacent museum displays artifacts from local seafaring history. Visitors arrive by small boat from Perast, a short ride across the bay. The island's origin story and its serene setting against the mountains make it a unique cultural landmark.
