Jaz Beach, located about 2.5 kilometers west of Budva, is one of Montenegro's longest sandy beaches, spanning roughly 1.2 kilometers. It is divided into two parts: a lively eastern section with beach clubs, restaurants, and water sports rentals, and a quieter western end. The beach is renowned for hosting the Sea Dance Festival, a major summer music event that attracts thousands. Visitors can enjoy swimming, jet skiing, paddleboarding, and beach volleyball. The shallow waters make it family-friendly, while the party atmosphere appeals to younger crowds. During non-festival times, it remains a popular spot for sunbathing and sunset views over the Adriatic.
