Kotor Cathedral, dedicated to Saint Tryphon, is one of the oldest Romanesque cathedrals in the Adriatic, built in 1166. Its twin bell towers and rose window dominate the square. Inside, visitors admire a simple yet elegant nave, a marble altar, and fragments of medieval frescoes. The treasury museum displays a rich collection of religious artifacts, including silver reliquaries, icons, and manuscripts. The cathedral survived earthquakes and wars, with reconstructions adding Baroque elements. It remains a active place of worship and a symbol of Kotor's Catholic heritage.
