The Napoleon Museum in Monaco, also known as the Musée Napoléonien, is housed in the Prince's Palace of Monaco and showcases a vast collection of artifacts related to Napoleon I and the history of the Principality. The museum's collection was assembled by Prince Louis II of Monaco, a passionate collector of Napoleonic memorabilia. Exhibits include personal belongings of Napoleon, such as his hat, sword, and uniforms, as well as documents, paintings, and furniture from the First French Empire. Visitors can also see items from Napoleon's exile on Saint Helena, including a lock of his hair and a piece of his death mask. The museum provides insight into both Napoleon's life and Monaco's historical ties to France. The setting within the Prince's Palace adds a regal ambiance, and the museum is often visited in conjunction with the palace's State Apartments.
