Real de Catorce is a former silver mining boomtown nestled high in the Sierra Madre Oriental. Now a Pueblo Mágico, it enchants visitors with its cobblestone streets, crumbling stone buildings, and the striking Parroquia de la Purísima Concepción, a neoclassical church that dominates the main plaza. Visitors can explore the old mint, ride horses through the surrounding desert, or take the legendary tunnel that leads into town.
