Perched atop a hill in the Gringo Gulch neighborhood, Mirador de la Cruz rewards hikers with a 360-degree view of Puerto Vallarta. The short but steep climb passes colorful houses and lush vegetation. At the top, a large cross marks the spot, and benches invite visitors to linger. From here, the entire bay unfurls, from the Los Muertos Pier to the distant Sierra Madre. It's a peaceful escape from the bustling streets below, popular for sunrise and sunset.

Don't miss

  • Panoramic photo of the entire Banderas Bay and city skyline
  • Spot the iconic Los Muertos Pier and Cuale River from above
  • Enjoy a quiet moment on a bench with the cross as a backdrop
