✨ HighlightWe loved the food and the service was Michelin star tier. We brought a baby and they were incredibly accommodating. They made him a mashed potato sculpture and even brought out a big toy for him to play with. We tried both ceviches, both were a hit (coconut and octopus). The Octopus tacos with bone marrow also very very good. And the short rib. Also, the corn tacos they make look like pieces of art. Highly recommend if you’re in town.→

✨ HighlightWhat can I say, it's a Michelin-starred restaurant (currently one-star)! The star of the show was the goat (according to Pangea), but for us the stars of the show were the truffle risotto and the tuna tartar! The goat wasn't bad but the risotto and the tuna tartar were excellent! My son licked the plate of the risotto (I had to stop him when I saw this of course!). The desserts were very delicious, especially the Nutella triple-chocolate ice cream. The atmosphere was cozy, dark and welcoming. The service was definitely five-star delivering dishes right on cue without the need to ask for anything. I think Pangea is definitely worth the visit if you have a chance to go while in Monterrey. The experience is one you will not forget!→

✨ HighlightWe both tried the tasting menu and we both were very happy with it...After reading reviews before hand we decided to start with the habanero cream... It was just spicy enough and served in a bread bowl that we really liked...Yes the portions are small on the tasting menu however the dishes had so many levels of texture and flavor that I couldn't wait for the next plate...if I had any complaint I did not like the decor way to dark and terribly uncomfortable chairs.→
