Tacos al pastor were average, a bit too dry. The arrachera tacos were incredible though, the best tacos I’ve ever had. The steak was juicy and delicious.
Best Al Pastor I ever had. Tender and super flavorful. Came back twice in my trip because it was so delicious!
I had previously visited Tomate in other trips, but first time reviewing. This is a great place for some sit-down tacos and good drinks to go with them. I've visited with family and now with friends, and everyone's enjoyed their meal and experience here. This time, we visited twice during our trip. Service is excellent. For drinks, I had both the mezcalita de jamaica and naranjada de maracuya and both were delicious. Later in the evening it can be a wait, but don't let the line discourage you.
Good spot and clean. Our food was hot and service was fine. We were in and out within 30 minutes. I would recommend coming for a quick bite.
