I just found my new favorite restaurant in Guadalajara. This place is THE BOMB! Amazingly delicious food and attentive service. My server Ada was friendly and helpful. Tonight, I ordered their potato with foie gras, sea bass (catch of the day), coconut ice cream and a sake Spritz. I enjoyed it all tremendously. Definitely will return soon.
Service was an absolute 10/10 and the staff was so personable, kind, and attentive. The dishes were balanced, creative, and did an amazing job of utilizing fresh ingredients. I stumbled into this place while staying nearby and I’m so glad I did. If you’re thinking about going, stop thinking and just go. It’s so delicious. Erizo de Mar deserves every star you could possibly give it.
We had the most delicious, fresh seafood dinner prepared in such a creative way. The waitstaff was personable and very helpful and the wine list was excellent.
I had high expectations about this place, the food and the location seemed pretty cool on the social media, our food took forever to prepare, we were patient and thought it was going to be worth the wait, it was not at all. Nothing out of the ordinary, even though it all seemed very pretentious, the staff did a good job explaining every item we ordered, the food itself was not good. It seems to fit in a category where is only good for pictures but not really for the taste
