Delap is the southernmost of the three connected villages that make up Majuro's main urban area. It is primarily a residential neighborhood with a relaxed atmosphere, featuring simple homes, local convenience stores, and a few small eateries. The village is also home to the College of the Marshall Islands, adding a youthful energy. Visitors staying in Delap enjoy easy access to the airport and a more laid-back alternative to busier Uliga. The area's narrow roads and lagoon-side paths invite leisurely walks, offering views of daily island life away from the commercial center.

Don't miss

  • Walk along the lagoon shore for peaceful views and local fishing activity.
  • Observe daily life at the College of the Marshall Islands campus.
  • Try local snacks at a family-run store near the main road.
