Malé Friday Mosque, or Hukuru Miskiy, is one of the oldest mosques in the Maldives, built in 1656 using coral stone blocks. Its weathered walls and intricate woodcarvings, including the beautifully carved mihrab and minbar, reflect the country's rich Islamic heritage.
