Thean Hou Temple is one of Southeast Asia's largest and most ornate Chinese temples, perched on a hilltop in Kuala Lumpur. Dedicated to the goddess Tian Hou (Mazu), the temple features six tiers of elaborate roofs adorned with dragon motifs, intricate carvings, and colorful lanterns. Visitors can explore prayer halls, a main altar with a statue of Tian Hou, and manicured gardens with koi ponds. The elevated location offers panoramic views of the city skyline, especially at sunset.
