Gampriner Seele is a tranquil lake and nature reserve located in the municipality of Gamprin, Liechtenstein, just a few kilometers from Vaduz. This small, shallow lake was formed in the 20th century by gravel extraction and has since become a haven for wildlife, particularly birds. Surrounded by reeds and meadows, the lake offers a peaceful escape into nature. A well-maintained walking path circles the water, allowing visitors to enjoy the scenery and spot species such as swans, ducks, and herons. Benches are placed along the route for quiet contemplation. The reserve is especially popular with birdwatchers and families looking for a gentle outdoor activity. Despite its proximity to Vaduz, Gampriner Seele feels remote and unspoiled, making it a perfect spot for a short, restorative visit.
Don't miss
