Perched on a hillside above the capital, Vaduz Castle is the working residence of the Princely Family of Liechtenstein and a defining landmark of the principality. While the castle itself is not open to the public as it is a private home, visitors can walk up to its grounds and enjoy panoramic views of Vaduz, the Rhine Valley, and the surrounding Alps. The exterior, with its medieval towers and ramparts, is a striking sight against the skyline. The surrounding vineyards and forested slopes add to the picturesque setting.
