✨ HighlightIt is nice to feel how consistent all Le gray outlets are, between Gordon's cafe and indigo you can make sure that you are receiving 5-star treatment:) Indigo's rooftop is very calm, beautiful setting and classy service. The menu is versatile but could use the addition of salads options. Welcome of the servers is appreciated and their attention enhances the experience. The home made chips and crackers with the labne dip are to die for! The bread baguette is equally tasty! I tried the salmon tiradito where i replaced the avocado with artichokes, the sauce tangy and sweet, i loved it! the wild mushroom risotto was not super but we could sense the quality of the ingredients used. The finale was the pain perdu which was ok, but not to dance for, something lacking in the texture. Overall the experience is to be repeated, nice view and enjoyable ambiance.→
