Ala-Too Square is the heart of Bishkek, a vast open plaza where locals gather for holidays, concerts, and political events. At its center stands a striking bronze statue of Manas, the legendary Kyrgyz warrior, replacing a Soviet-era Lenin monument. Visitors can watch the hourly changing of the guard, admire the surrounding government buildings, and feel the pulse of the city.
