Hazrat Sultan Mosque is a masterpiece of Islamic architecture and the largest mosque in Central Asia, accommodating up to 10,000 worshippers. Its vast prayer hall is adorned with intricate Kazakh ornamental patterns, crystal chandeliers, and a massive central dome. The complex includes a library, a wedding hall, and a Quranic school. Visitors are struck by the serene atmosphere and the interplay of traditional Islamic design with modern construction techniques. Non-Muslims are welcome outside prayer times to admire the craftsmanship.
