The garden features 15 moss-covered stones arranged on raked white gravel, designed so that only 14 are visible from any angle. Visitors can sit on the veranda and meditate, absorbing the peaceful atmosphere. The temple's name means 'Dragon Peace Temple,' and its grounds include a pond garden and a tea house.
