Love love love this place! Lots of English speaking staff. I was concerned servings would be small given the delicacy of Kobe beef however I was very full when I left and felt very content with the whole experience! We booked on the same day and had a gentleman at a pub we were at make a reservation for us so we wouldn’t miss out. It was busy so I’d recommend having a booking! We had the set menu so didn’t need to make many decisions and I’m glad we did! Thank you to all the staff that made it such an enjoyable experience.
We love everything about this restaurant. They keep the look very traditional with tatami sitting. The staff are super friendly and nice. The steak and sukiyaki are too die for. Melted in your mouth, the meat is super tender and juicy. We are lucky there is no queue when we came. But the price range in the map is a bit misleading. Averagely, you will spend more than 10000 yen per pax, especially if you take ke kobe beef. But all worth it.
In Ginza area, this was a great find. Enjoyed sitting traditional japanese style. Sukiyaki was delicious. Steaks available a la carte. Portions in general in Japan are smaller than the USA appetite, so recommend 1.5 portions per average eater and 2 times (at least) for hungry adult male.
This was one of the best meals we've ever had! Really wanted to try the real Japanese wagyu and oh mama it was worth it. The restaurant is beautiful and very traditional looking, although we did have a regular table to sit at. We followed our server's recommendations on the courses and everything was so good! The meat just melts in your mouth. It was a little pricey but not as bad as we thought - you can get a much lower quality steak in the US and pay a lot more! Highly recommended and we will be back next time we're in town.
