Very nice man and excellent service, however for the price we paid I would have expected another level of sushi not because of the taste but the lack of variety. He has like 5/6 different type of fish which sometimes prepares twice and sometimes in a different disguise! Sorry but not worth the bill!
Booked via Pocket Concierge. They serve sashimi first and then sushi. The food was very fresh. The uni was my favorite. The rice was barely seasoned. Chef was very kind and served generous portion. The assistant woman at the restaurant was very nice. Definitely recommended.
My husband and I booked this restaurant on a whim but read great things about it, and we were not disappointed. The presentation was outstanding and the flavors like nothing we will have in the United States - a must experience!
Very traditional and simple but all of the ingredients are premium. Chef would ride a bike to the fish market everyday at 5am to select the fish himself. Rice is very special. Shoyu, wasabi, salt, and vinegar are carefully selected. It is nothing fancy but it is one of the best experience. Chef himself is very passionate.
