Suizen-ji Jōju-en is a meticulously landscaped strolling garden created in 1632 by the Hosokawa clan. The centerpiece is a large pond surrounded by walking paths, with a miniature replica of Mount Fuji built from earth and stone. Visitors can enjoy a cup of matcha at the traditional teahouse while gazing at the garden's seasonal beauty, from cherry blossoms in spring to autumn foliage. The garden also features a small shrine and a historic villa, offering a peaceful retreat from the city.
