Kintai Bridge is a celebrated wooden arch bridge crossing the Nishiki River in Iwakuni. Its five graceful arches, built without nails, create a distinctive silhouette against the river and mountains. Visitors can walk across the bridge, enjoying views of the river and cherry blossoms in spring. The bridge is a symbol of Iwakuni and a masterpiece of Edo-period engineering, reconstructed after floods to maintain its historic appearance.
