The Oibora-Asakura Sue Ware Kiln Site is an archaeological complex of ancient kilns that produced Sue ware, a high-fired stoneware introduced from Korea during the Kofun period. Excavations have revealed climbing kilns built into hillsides, along with pottery fragments and tools. Visitors can explore the preserved kiln structures and view displays of reconstructed Sue vessels, gaining insight into early ceramic technology and trade. The site is a designated historic landmark, highlighting Gifu's role in ancient craftsmanship.
