The dishes taste like they have been carefully prepared. They are also pleasing to the eye as they are particular about the vessels. The general staff as well as the staff were all very pleasant and I thoroughly enjoyed myself.

We went early, was stangely quiet at 7:00, food was interesting, loved our chef. need to dim the lights, loved trying new local foods -
Fujita is a kaiseki restaurant, doing around 8 delicious dishes using seasonal ingredients. What made it even better were the staff who were very happy to explain the dishes, often reaching for a Japanese-English culinary dictionary. I learnt a lot that evening.
