✨ HighlightWe made a reservation and dined on the second floor in a private room. The atmosphere was fantastic, as our group could enjoy the meal in a separated and relaxed setting. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared, even down to the sauces. We had a course meal, and everything was not only delicious but also beautifully and neatly presented. It was a stark contrast to some of the busier and less tidy motsunabe restaurants we’ve been to.→

✨ HighlightThe restaurant is conveniently located near the metro stations and is very spacious with a pleasant atmosphere. The Motsunabe was delicious; we found the flavors of the beef offal to be rich, especially the fats, and it paired well with the miso soup. Overall, it was a very good dining experience, and we would definitely recommend it to those who want to try Motsunabe in Hakata.→

✨ HighlightNot to be missed. This was recommended as the first place to visit on my visit to Fukuoka from Tokyo. Square bowl, slightly different broth. Waited 40 mins at lunch, but the staff were well organized and very friendly. Excellent. If you're new to Ichiran just go with all the standard options. Get the set with the extra fixings and a ticket for a kaidama. Save the fixings for the kaidama. Order the kaidama as soon as your meal arrives and you won't need to spend 5 minutes staring at your empty bowl of soup.→

✨ HighlightAlthough we had a miscommunication with our order, the English speaking waitress was able to correct the mistake. The broth was tasty and the noodles were chewy. Perfect place to go if you just arrived in Fukuoka. I've tried a lot of ramen noodles, and this is the second place ramen I've been to.. It's not cheap, but baby seat is available if needed.→

✨ HighlightSushi here is excellent‼️ I have been here twice for lunch, in 2015 and yesterday, and I'll come again in the future. It's a small shop with only 10 seats. Lunch course takes almost 2 hours for 10+ dishes. Every piece of sushi is a piece of art and it's so delicious. It may be a bit challenging for foreigners coz you need to book well in advance and most Japanese doesn't speak much English.→

Also a special menu because of the new year. Everything is so delicious, light taste, and keeps the natural flavour of the food itself, cannot be more satisfied. Even more, the price includes drinks, sake, plum wine and more.→
