Waterford Treasures is a collection of three award-winning museums that together tell the story of Waterford from its Viking foundation to the present day. Located in the Viking Triangle, the museums are the Medieval Museum, the Bishop's Palace, and the Viking Museum (housed in Reginald's Tower). Each museum focuses on a different era: the Medieval Museum showcases Waterford's medieval history, including the 15th-century cloth-of-gold vestments and the Great Charter Roll; the Bishop's Palace displays 18th-century Georgian life with exquisite Waterford crystal and silver; and the Viking Museum explores the city's Norse origins. What makes Waterford Treasures distinctive is the breadth and depth of its collections, all within a few minutes' walk of each other. Visitors can purchase a combined ticket to see all three, making it easy to spend a full day immersed in Waterford's rich heritage. The museums are modern, well-curated, and offer interactive exhibits for all ages.
