Moll's Gap is a dramatic mountain pass on the Ring of Kerry, offering spectacular views of the MacGillycuddy's Reeks, Ireland's highest mountain range, and the distant Lakes of Killarney. The pass sits at an elevation of about 260 meters, with the road winding through rugged terrain. A small parking area and a café provide a spot to stop and take in the scenery. The viewpoint is particularly striking in the late afternoon when the sun illuminates the peaks. Moll's Gap is also a popular starting point for hikes into the surrounding mountains, including the challenging climb of Carrauntoohil, Ireland's highest peak. The pass is often less crowded than Ladies View, offering a more serene experience.
