Ladies View is one of the most iconic viewpoints on the Ring of Kerry, providing a breathtaking panorama of the Lakes of Killarney and the rugged mountains beyond. Named after Queen Victoria's ladies-in-waiting who admired the view during the royal visit in 1861, the site offers a sweeping outlook over the Upper, Middle, and Lower Lakes, with the MacGillycuddy's Reeks forming a dramatic backdrop. The viewpoint is easily accessible from the road, with a small parking area and a café nearby. On clear days, the reflections on the lakes and the play of light on the mountains create a photographer's paradise. The site is also a starting point for short walks into the surrounding countryside.
