Peshwe Park is a 7-acre energy park in Pune, near Saras Baug. It focuses on renewable energy awareness and includes an adventure park for children aged 3–16. The park has a children's playground, a toy train called Phulrani, and various energy pavilions.

A bit of history

The park was created in 1953 by the Pune Municipal Corporation on land where Madhavrao Peshwe had a private menagerie in 1770. It originally housed animals in traditional cages. In 1999, a new zoo opened in Katraj, and by 2005 all animals were moved there, ending the zoo era.
