Mogalrajapuram Caves are a group of three rock-cut cave temples dating to the 5th century, located in Vijayawada. Carved into a sandstone hill, these caves showcase early Hindu architecture with pillared halls and detailed sculptures of deities like Shiva, Vishnu, and Durga. The largest cave features a lingam and a Nandi bull, while another has a panel depicting the marriage of Shiva and Parvati. The site is significant for its historical and artistic value, offering a quiet retreat away from the city bustle. Visitors can explore the caves and admire the ancient stonework.
