The Nasik Caves, also known as Pandavleni Caves, are a group of 24 Buddhist rock-cut caves dating back to the 1st century BCE. Located on a hill near Nashik, these caves feature chaityas (prayer halls) and viharas (monasteries) with detailed carvings and inscriptions in Brahmi script. Visitors can walk through the caves and observe the stupas, pillars, and sculptures that reflect early Buddhist art. The site offers panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
