Worst experience ever, went to ashoka yesterday evening to have dinner with some of my friends and paid a hefty amount of bill too just to notice that there was a cockroche in one of our jeera rice ordered , not being from nagpur I've heard about this place a lot before and is a quiet big name and the bigger surprise was that the staff there was not at all serious about the cockroche and ignored us the first time then when we approached the manager himself he denied that this could happen, we showed him the images and confirmed with the waiter to whom we have pointed it out in the first place and the manager too took it very casually like it's a every day deal and just refunded us for our jeera rice without any further action, please avoid such places at any cost such a big setup and no pest control it's pathetic to even think about, all of us were feeling nauseous afterwards
Good food, great ambience but service can be better... Either they're short of staff or some lack of coordination between team. Service is slow, can be improved by better coordinate within team members... Overall good experience... 👍🏼 Must try Sizzlers - Non veg mix grill & Chicken steak & tangdi kebab 🥩 Food - 8/10 Service - 5/10 Taste - 9/10 Value for money - 7/10 Special mention for keeping washroom extremely clean... The ambiance of the restaurant was not that great. But I went because of my colleague told me the food is going. And I must tell you the food was really superb. Enjoyed my food. Thanku you team Ashoka
I have been visiting this restaurant since 15 years I do not know any other restaurant expert barbecue which is next to it but there time the food was not good fish and chips not good butter chicken very ordinary. The staff was very courteous and efficient but the quality of food has gone down. It's a little costly Bislery bottle now cost Rs 60
