Had the pleasure of dining at Diya this evening and really enjoyed the food and the ambience. We started off with Kebabs - I recommend the tasting platter due to the variety across mutton, fish, prawn and chicken. In the non vegetarian - the bone in Chicken Qorma and the Multani Mutton were highlights as well as the Paneer and Mushroom dishes were the vegetarian highlights. Chef Athar Ali and Tausef Qureshi seem to be carrying the Dum Pukht tradition ahead.
Chef Ali made sure that our culniraly experience was exquisite. We enjoyed the veg kebab served to the level of its non veg counterparts. The nihari was amazing, as was the khameeri roti served with it. Our entire family was happy to have dined with Diya.
It was amazing food by Chef Athar Ali and team, Food was delicious and ambience was so good with live music. Chef Athar Ali gave us a Define knowledge of food and restaurant. Thank you to Ritesh as well for the Flawless Service
