✨ HighlightFantastic stay at Mandarin Oriental, Prague! The hotel is ideally located right next to Charles bridge and very convenient for sightseeing. Rooms are very comfortable and quiet and facilities very well maintained - Try the sauna at the fitness for a great relaxation. But above all, what makes the hotel stand apart is its dedicated Team - All the staff met were definitely 5*: Housekeeping, lovely Breakfast Team, Bar, the Bell Staff and Concierges in the lobby, Night Reception. Special thanks to Oriol for a wonderful check-in experience and Florian, Front Office Manager for all of his kind assistance and knowledge of Prague. I will definitely miss the hotel and look forward to returning hopefully soon.→

From the front desk, to the room service, to the restaurant, etc... every single member of the staff went above and beyond. The hotel itself is the perfect blend of classic styling but newly redone. The room was beautiful, comfortable and had my unique amenities and features. We took advantage of generous breakfast and its delicious food at the hotel restaurant. Along with the very nice and new fitness and sauna facilities. One comment on the beds is the base mattress is quite firm. Some people may love this this, some may not. We spoke to another couple staying there and the wife loved the firm mattress, her husband not so much. We personally found it too firm but the hotel staff promptly fulfilled out request to add a couple of soft mattress toppers. It was much more comfortable with these added. We stayed at this hotel for a anniversary trip to visit the Christmas markets and will definitely stay again in the future.→

Not all hotels are ideal for working but here the room Has a nice desk and plenty of room to actually work from hotel. I was upgraded to a river view and I have to say. The view was great. The staff and housekeeping was top notch. The restaurant downstairs is fantastic for breakfast. Ate there almost every day. In addition to the buffet you can have eggs made to order, fresh ice cream scooped, noodles, and also dumplings. There is also a bar open late. It gets a bit loud late at night but it’s not bad for a night cap. Overall this hotel is a great choice if you are in Shanghai. The staff is fantastic and will go above and beyond to help you out. You are also walking distance to several malls and also the three big towers.→
