Tsuklakhang Palace, also known as the Royal Chapel, is a historic monastery within the former royal palace complex in Gangtok. Built in the early 20th century, it serves as the primary place of worship for the Sikkimese royal family. The architecture uniquely combines Tibetan and Western styles, with a striking golden roof and ornate interiors. Inside, visitors find a grand statue of Buddha, ancient scriptures, and religious artifacts. The chapel remains an active site for Buddhist ceremonies and offers a glimpse into Sikkim's royal heritage.
