Shravani Mela is a massive annual pilgrimage and fair held in Deoghar, Jharkhand, throughout the Hindu month of Shravan (July-August). The event centers on Baidyanath Temple, one of the twelve Jyotirlingas. Devotees, known as Kanwariyas, walk barefoot from Sultanganj, about 100 km away, to offer holy water from the Ganges. The mela features vibrant processions, devotional music, and a bustling fairground with stalls selling religious items and local crafts. The atmosphere is charged with faith and fervor, making it a unique cultural spectacle.
