I’ve visited this place twice, and both times were enjoyable. The food was quite good, especially the green curry, bisibelebath (custom order not on menu) and the options on the kids’ menu. However, the service could use some improvement - on attentiveness. The ambiance was pleasant. I’d consider visiting again, especially if there are good offers on Swiggy (which we used).
My dining experience was thoroughly disappointing, culminating in a hygiene issue that was simply unacceptable. While eating my dessert, I discovered a hair on my knife – a complete dealbreaker. The staff's response was woefully inadequate, merely offering to reduce one person's buffet cost. This lackadaisical approach to such a serious hygiene concern is alarming. Even before this incident, the overall experience left much to be desired. The buffet was subpar in every aspect: 1. Starters: Very limited variety, offering little to excite the palate. 2. Main courses: The biryani, a typically flavorful dish, was tasteless and unappetizing. 3. Food availability: Many dishes weren't replenished, leaving counters largely empty. 4. Live counter: Limited options, and the chefs were surprisingly unhelpful. They rudely refused to take orders directly, insisting we order from our table. However, no staff ever came to take these orders, rendering the live counter essentially useless. The level of hospitality was shockingly poor throughout our visit. From the insufficient food quality and quantity to the unresponsive service and the egregious hygiene issue, this restaurant failed on multiple fronts. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment to anyone. The management needs to seriously reconsider their approach to food quality, customer service, and most critically, hygiene standards.
