This architectural experiment by the Chalukyas features a raised platform, a pillared portico, and a tower over the sanctum. The exterior walls are adorned with intricate carvings of gods, goddesses, and mythical creatures, while the interior houses a large sculpture of Durga slaying the buffalo demon.
