Do NOT buy products from here. I ordered products worth ₹5840 to be delivered and the khakhraas packs and other items were rat infested. The owner said that they do not take responsibility for courier services. They do not give you a bill which the right of every consumer. The products are kept in an unhygienic way and are still shipped to customers. Pathetic quality, pathetic customer service and absolutely no regard for the money the customer's pay.
I was told this was the best shop in Ahamedabad. The owners wife sits at her throne expecting her worker to count the total of all the goods that the customer buys. Why don't they invest in a till and give the customer a receipt! I complimented her staff and she completely ignored me. I was shocked and horrified by the way she spoke with the next customer, who had a dispute with her. Money money money seems to be the only thing these people are interested in. I don't think I will ever go to this shop again. 🙏
The place is massive and has thousands variety of Snacks . The quality and variety of their snacks is amazing. The staff was courteous and helped me in selecting the snacks I wanted. A must to go when you are in Ahmedabad
My hotel staff recommended me this place to buy authentic Gujarati Khakhra, banana chips, thepla, and other items. I bought many Gujarati snacks for my family and friends. Every item is tasty....
