The Theatre of Thorikos is an ancient Greek theater dating back to the late 6th century BC, making it one of the earliest surviving theaters in the world. Unlike later semicircular designs, its orchestra is rectangular, and the seating area is carved directly into the natural rock of the hillside. Visitors can explore the well-preserved tiers and imagine ancient performances while enjoying sweeping views of the surrounding landscape and the Aegean Sea. Its unique architecture and historical significance make it a must-see for archaeology enthusiasts.
