The National Theatre of Ghana, with its distinctive architectural design resembling a giant ship or a traditional drum, is a cultural hub in Accra. Inaugurated in 1992, the venue features a main auditorium, a studio theatre, and an outdoor amphitheater. It hosts a diverse program of plays, musical concerts, dance performances, and film screenings, often highlighting Ghanaian and African artists. The theatre is also home to the National Dance Company and the National Symphony Orchestra.
