Neuburg Forest is a sprawling woodland located just east of Passau, covering over 1,000 hectares of mixed forest. It is a prime destination for outdoor enthusiasts seeking hiking, trail running, or simply a peaceful escape into nature. The forest is crisscrossed by a network of well-marked trails that vary in difficulty, leading through dense stands of beech and oak, past small streams, and up to gentle hills with occasional views of the Danube Valley.
