Speicherstadt

Speicherstadt is a historic warehouse district in Hamburg, built between 1883 and 1927 on timber-pile foundations. It is the largest warehouse complex in the world, with a network of canals and red-brick Gothic Revival buildings that create a unique and atmospheric environment. Today, the warehouses still store goods like coffee, tea, and spices, but the area also houses museums, including the Miniatur Wunderland and the Hamburg Dungeon.
